An intimate wedding at the Niagara Parks Floral Showhouse in Niagara Falls, Ontario
Alex and Chloe chose to keep their wedding small, celebrating with their closest family in two of the loveliest spots in Niagara Falls. It was a beautiful day from beginning to end, with gorgeous weather, plenty of time to enjoy each other's company, and a candlelit dinner overlooking the Falls to finish it all off.
We started at the Niagara Parks Floral Showhouse, where Alex and Chloe shared a first touch and exchanged private vows before their ceremony with family. Afterward, we took some photographs with their loved ones before wandering through the gardens for portraits of the two of them, stopping in the greenhouse for a few photos before heading off to dinner.
Just down the road, Queen Victoria Place Restaurant was waiting for us, with its incredible views of Niagara Falls and the prettiest setup for an intimate dinner party. There was just a little chill in the air coming off the water, which made the candlelit tables and warm glow of the restaurant feel especially cozy as the evening settled in.
I have such a soft spot for weddings like this. A handful of favourite people, beautiful surroundings, a really good meal, and the freedom to enjoy it all without feeling rushed. There’s something very special about a celebration that leaves so much room to simply be together.
